All these preparation are completely different from each other and you’ll need specific ingredients to make them.
Cashew chicken fried rice – well, the name definitely sounds big, but the recipe is really very easy. It is quite clear that you are going to need cashews, chicken and rice to make this preparation.

Serves – 4 Preparation Time – 20 minutes Cooking Time – 25 minutes
1. Chicken Breasts – 2 (cut into cubes)
2. Vegetable Oil – 5 tbsp
3. Roasted Cashews – ½ cup
4. Red Bell Pepper – 1 cup (diced)
5. Fresh Pineapple – 1½ cup (diced)
6. Green Onions – 6 (finely chopped)
7. Rice – 2½ cups (use white or brown rice)
8. Eggs – 2
9. Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
10. White Pepper – 1 tsp
11. Green Peas – ½ cup
12. Ginger – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
13. Garlic – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
14. Lime Juice – 1 tbsp
15. Cilantro Leaves – ¼th cup (finely chopped)
16. Salt – According to taste 17. Sugar – A pinch
Procedure: 1. Take a bowl and place chicken cubes in it. Pour soy sauce and white pepper and marinate it. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes. 2. Take a large non-stick pan and heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat. Now, add the chicken pieces and cook them until they lose the pink colour. When it is done, keep it aside. 3. Now, add 1 tbsp of oil into the same pan and scramble the eggs. Remove it from the pan and keep it in a bowl. 4. Add 1 tbsp oil to the pan and add pineapples and red bell peppers. Stir until the pineapple gets caramelized. Now, add green onions, peas, ginger and garlic. Cook all the ingredients well. 5. Now, empty the pan on the bowl of scrambled eggs. 6. Now, this is the time of the most important ingredient of the cashew chicken fried rice. Add 2 tbsp of oil again into the pan and toast cashewnuts well, until they turn golden brown in colour. 7. When you get an aroma of the toasted cashews, add the cooked rice into it and stir well. 8. Now, add all the vegetables and scrambled eggs into it and sprinkle salt and sugar. 9. Stir well and add the chicken pieces. 10. Mix all the ingredients vigorously and season it with some soy sauce and lime juice. 11.
